Product description The lightweight and compact Explorer 320 19mm Thermal Imager with laser pointing from Night Optics gives you the ability to view subjects through the dark, bad weather, fog, dust, smoke and light foliage. This multi-purpose long-wave infrared handheld thermal imager features a 19mm fixed focus lens system, 1x optical magnification, and up to 4x digital zoom. Customize the display output with different polarity modes: White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot. A video-out port enables the use of optional external recording or display equipment. Thermal imaging is extremely difficult to detect with other devices, as they emit no visible light or RF energy, unlike laser targeting or near-infrared illumination used with NVDs. Built for the rigors of outdoor use, the housing is IP67-rated to be dust and waterproof, and submersible to 3.3' for up to 30 minutes. It is also shock resistant to 3.3'. The wide -4 to 122°F operating temperature range allows the imager to be used in a variety of environments. Its permanently installed lithium-ion battery is charged via a micro-USB port with a maximum continuous runtime of 8 hours on a single charge. The Explorer 320 is ideally suited for hunting, search & rescue, security, surveillance, and livestock or wildlife management. - Imaging Performance
