Product description The IR-K3 IR Illuminator from Night Optics is an 805 nanometer wavelength fixed-beam long-range infrared illuminator for night vision imaging devices. The IR-K3 mounts easily to night vision gear, photo/video devices, or can be hand-held. This is an essential tool for extreme low-light conditions. It significantly extends the capabilities of weapon sights, observation devices and photographic equipment. The performance of IR Illuminators, including the IR-K3, depends on ambient conditions, power, and infrared wavelength. IR sources above 940nm are virtually invisible to the naked eye, while shorter wavelength sources emit a visible, point-of-origin signature when viewed from the front. - IR Illumination
