Product description For industrial applications, firehouses, mines, and other professions that require you to go into potentially hazardous environments, you need a reliable and powerful light that won't accidentally cause fires or explosions—and the Nightstick XPP-5420G Intrinsically Safe Permissible LED Flashlight is designed to be that light. Holding multiple safety certifications, the light is completely sealed and mechanically locked with a locking screw. It boasts a single 140-lumen output that is controlled by a textured body switch that is easy to find by touch.Its body is made of a high-visibility engineered polymer nylon that is impact and chemical resistant. It is also temperature resistant and stays a neutral temperature even in cold weather, unlike aluminum, so it's comfortable to hold no matter how cold it is. When properly locked, the light is IP67-rated to be dustproof, waterproof, and submersible to 3.3' for up to 30 minutes. It is also impact rated to 6.6', so it will hold up to rigors of daily use and abuse. To make it easy to carry, the light features a large spring-loaded clip so you can attach it to your belt, a strap, or in a pocket. A removable lanyard is also included so you won't lose the light if your grip slips. - Certified for Use in Hazardous Environments
