Product description The Nikon Coolpix L10 Digital Camera provides 5.0 megapixels of resolution, and a powerful 3x Zoom-Nikkor lens to deliver brilliant picture detail. In addition, light sensitivity of up to ISO 800 guarantees makes it possible to produce quality shots in low light conditions, and also enables the faster shutter speeds that are essential when photographing fast-moving objects. The Coolpix L10 incorporates three distinctive Nikon innovations that allow users to further optimize their images right in the camera - Face-priority AF detects people's faces to achieve sharp focus, no matter where they happen to be located in the frame; In-Camera Red-Eye Fix corrects for one of the most pervasive image problems found with compact cameras, providing automatic compensation for more flattering, natural-looking portraits in low light; finally, Nikon's unique D-Lighting function, improves underexposed images or shots taken with too much back light. The Coolpix L10 also includes a stunning array of other features and technologies that make your shooting experience a true pleasure. There are 15 scene modes built into the camera so you'll always get the best possible picture in some of the most difficult shooting situations, while the Best Shot Selector (BSS) identifies and saves the sharpest image automatically from ten sequential shots. The camera provides broadcast quality video recording with sound and can record short audio clips with each picture. Macro shooting provides the ability to take pictures of small objects from as close as 15cm (5.9 in.), and the 4x digital zoom extends compositional freedom. You can frame and review your images on the bright 2.0" high quality LCD display, Plus the Direct Print capability means that you can print your pictures without the need of a computer when using a PictBridge compatible printer. And all of this is contained in a lightweight and compact camera body that you'll want to carry with you at all times. - 5.0 Megapixel Resolution
- With 5.0 million pixels of image information, the Nikon Coolpix L10 can produce stunning, photo quality prints as large as 11x14 inches and beyond.
- High Quality 3x Optical Zoom-Nikkor lens
- The Zoom Nikkor glass lens of the Coolpix L10 produces incredibly sharp, clear images, while the Macro capability of the lens lets you focus as close as 5.9 inches. In addition, there is a 4x Digital zoom providing a combined zoom capability of 12x.
- Nikon In-Camera Red-Eye Fix
- The Red-Eye Fix system automatically corrects for most instances of the red-eye effect that is commonly caused by the use of a built-in flash on a compact camera.
- Nikon D-Lighting
- The Nikon D-Lighting feature can rescue underexposed images or shots taken with too much backlight by automatically brightening the dark areas in the picture, while maintaining the brighter areas of the image.
- Nikon Face-Priority AF
- The Face-Priority AF system incorporated into the L10 automatically detects and achieves sharp focus on people's faces wherever they are in the frame for crisp, sharp portraits.
- 15 Scene Modes
- The Coolpix L10 incorporates 15 scene modes that cover some of the more common difficult shooting situations to maximize the image quality. The scene modes automatically adjust focus, exposure, white balance and other settings to make getting a good exposure easy.
- Movie and Voice Recording
- Shoot QuickTime movies with sound at 30 frames per second at a length that is only limited by the available space on the internal memory or your SD memory card. The Voice Memo Function Records up to 20 seconds of sound that can then be attached to an image.
- Incredible, Bright 2.0" LCD
- The Coolpix L10 is equipped with a bright 2.0" LCD that is excellent for viewing images anywhere, anytime, and the anti-reflective coating makes framing and viewing images more comfortable - even in bright light.
- In-Camera Help Button

- The Coolpix L10 is compatible with AA-size batteries, which are widely available around the world. As a result, users can shoot as they like without having to worry about recharging or running out of power on an important day.
- Long Battery Life
- The Coolpix L10 is designed to use power very efficiently resulting in the ability to take a large number of pictures. Shoot 250 images with standard alkaline batteries, 600 shots with lithium, or 300 shots with rechargeable NiMH batteries (based on CIPA standard), and since the camera uses standard AA batteries, you can always get more batteries wherever you may go.
- Print Directly without a PC
- You can send images directly to print, without the need of a computer, when using a PictBridge Direct Print compatible printer.
