Product description Designed for their Premier SE and Astronomy models, the Nikon SE Series Binocular Tripod Adapter attaches to the center stabilizer bar to allow hands-free use. Attaching the mount to the center bar on the binocular allows it to be precisely balanced to relieve excess stress on the optic and tripod head. The base of the adapter has a 1/4"-20 mount to be compatible with a wide variety of support systems including tripods, monopods, and window mounts. Using a support system with high-power and/or large objective lens binoculars helps to steady the view, reduce vibrations, eliminate arm fatigue, and make tracking objects easier.
