Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More A part of the advanced Nikon Wireless Remote Control System, the WR-1 Wireless Remote Control Transceiver will allow users to remotely trigger and control their cameras. It uses a 2.4 GHz radio system with an impressive 394' range to communicate without requiring direct line of sight. Also, it can function as either a transmitter or receiver and is compatible with the WR-T10 transmitters and WR-R10 transceivers. The WR-1 offers control for up to 4 groups on one of 15 channels and will work with up to 20 WR-1 transceivers at once.
The WR-1 can be used for a variety of functions, such as a remote trigger for long exposures or interval and as a way to sync the shutter of multiple cameras. Another feature is using a release delay to stagger the triggering of the camera. On select cameras users will be able to view and change camera settings as well. Additionally, it is either powered by the camera or 2 AA batteries. - Compatible Cameras
