Product description Capture detailed wide-angle images of coral reefs, fish, caves, and other underwater wonders with this Nimar 4" Dome Port for the Nikon DX AF Fisheye-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G ED and Tokina DX Fisheye 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 lenses. It features a depth rating of 197', just like the Nimar Water Sports camera housings with which it's compatible. It is secured onto a housing via the bayonet mount. With a smaller-than-normal 4" diameter, the port can get in close in tight spaces where a larger dome can't go. Thanks to this size, the port weighs in at only one pound for easy, convenient travel.
The clear, coated glass, dome-shaped front element magnifies images to a lesser degree than a flat port does, and corrects for the underwater size distortion that makes everything appear 25% larger and closer--thereby helping to restore the original field of view of your wide-angle lens. Built for durability, the port body is made of tough Delrin acetal resin. It is compatible with the optional Nimar Extension Ring with Lock, which enables you to add a Kenko or Sigma 1.4x teleconverter to the lens. - Compatible Lens
