Product description You can capture beautiful photos and videos at 197' beneath the surface with your Canon EOS 80D DSLR camera, thanks to this dedicated Nimar Underwater Housing. It features a moisture alarm that alerts you right away in the unlikely event of a breach in the waterproof seal. A manual, 5-pin Nikonos bulkhead connector enables the attachment of optional external strobes via sync cords.
Mechanical push-buttons, dials, and a lever give you access to the vast majority of camera functions, including shutter, video recording, live view, mode dial, multi-controller, and quick control dial. A removable eyepiece with 1.5x magnification offers an enhanced view through the camera's optical finder. Additionally, ergonomic side grips improve balance and handling underwater, while providing T-mounts for optional lighting arms. The housing ships without a required lens port, and its bayonet mount accepts interchangeable flat and dome ports for various lenses. For full compatibility details, see the list below.
Built for durability, the housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant Bayer Makrolon polycarbonate. It features a few black strips bearing the Nimar name, but is mostly clear to allow you to monitor the O-ring seal and maintain a nearly full view of the camera. - Construction Details
