Product description You can capture brilliant photos and video as far as 197' beneath the surface with your Nikon D5200 DSLR camera, thanks to this dedicated Underwater Housing from Nimar. It features a moisture alarm that alerts you in the unlikely event of a breach in the waterproof seal. A manual, 5-pin Nikonos bulkhead connector enables the attachment of optional external strobes via sync cords. As an alternative, the camera's built-in flash can trigger strobes via cables connected to the housing's dual fiber-optic ports.
Mechanical push-buttons, dials, and levers provide access to the vast majority of camera functions, including shutter, video recording, live view, exposure compensation, aperture, multi-selector, and mode dial. The housing is also equipped with a removable eyepiece offering 1.5x magnification to help you compose shots through the camera's viewfinder. Removable, ergonomic side grips afford comfort and improved handling, while providing T-mounts for optional lighting arms. Built for durability, the housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant Bayer Makrolon polycarbonate, which is clear to allow you to monitor the O-ring seal and maintain a full view of the camera.
