Product description Capture beautiful photos and HD video above, on, and below the surface with Nimar's blue/clear Water Sports Housing for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH4 or GH4R Mirrorless MFT Digital Camera. This enclosure features a depth rating of 196', which is the same as Nimar's original line of dive housings, but it is designed especially for active shooting in shallower depths and when capturing water-based activities like surfing or water-skiing. Stripped down to just the essentials, it is half the weight of the original dive housings and features one side grip handle instead of the traditional two.
Mechanical controls, including push buttons, dials, and a lever, enable access to the following camera functions: shutter, AF/AE lock, start/stop video recording, Fn2/Q menu, both rear control dials, and the menu/set button. This reduced control set gives you what you need while simplifying the setup and shooting process, which can be a benefit when capturing water sports.
Designed for durability, the Water Sports Housing is constructed from corrosion-resistant polycarbonate that's blue on the top, front, and sides, but clear in the back to allow you to monitor the O-ring seal and the camera. It ships without a required lens port, and accepts interchangeable ports for several Panasonic lenses--as well as a few Canon EF lenses via the Metabones T Speed Booster adapter. Additionally, an optional bulkhead can be installed to allow for the connection of external strobes via sync cords. - Construction Details
