Product description With dual beams like the high and low beams of a car and a powerful 1800-lumen maximum output, the Nitecore BR35 Rechargeable Bike Light will light up the night in town, on the highway, or off-road. It utilizes two Cree XM-L2 U2 LEDs: one for long-range light with a maximum brightness of 1000 lumens, and another for close-range light—which eliminates the dark "dead zone" around your front wheel—with a maximum output of 800 lumens. Use the long beam for general riding, switching to the angled-down low to avoid blinding oncoming drivers. Use just the low beam when close-in visibility is more important. Use both for maximum illumination. Runtimes range from 1 hour on dual-beam high power to 17 hours for either beam on low power. Each beam has four output levels, selected via plus and minus push-button switches on the lamp. You'll know which level you've selected, as well as the remaining battery runtime, with a glance at the OLED display. A remote switch allows you to control the light without taking either hand off the handlebars, and a quick-release bracket makes it easy to remove the light if you duck into a coffee shop or convenience store. Charging the light is also easy: simply plug in the micro-USB cable. It will stop charging automatically upon completion. Built of sturdy, heat-shedding die-cast aluminum, the BR35 features Advanced Temperature Regulation circuitry, overcharge and over-discharge protection, constant circuit (non-PWM) anti-flicker design, and an optic lens with anti-reflective coating and a Precision Digital Optics Technology (PDOT) reflector. It carries an IPX7 water-resistance rating, so rain is no cause for concern, and is rated impact-resistant to 3.3'. - Light Performance
