Product description Designed as an everyday carry light for law enforcement professionals and military personnel, Nitecore's EA21 Explorer LED Flashlight features a white CREE XP-G2(R5) primary LED that produces five output intensities from a task-orientated 1-lumen to a bright 360-lumen to illuminate the darkest corners. Three strobe modes - location beacon, SOS distress signal, disorientating tactical strobe - can be used when emergencies arise. A secondary low-output red LED can be set for constant-on to perform tasks such as checking IDs or reading maps without affecting night adjusted vision, or flashing so you can find the light in the dark.The intelligent dual body switches remember the last-mode selected and give users instant access to the minimum or turbo outputs, the secondary red light, and strobe modes when the light is off. Dual lockout functions prevent accidental activation during transportation or when strict light discipline must be maintained.A stepped-down body design, coupled with a diamond-textured handle, promote the use of a tactical power grip with various handgun shooting stances, self-defense, or conducting searches. To withstand the rigors of daily use, the housing is made of a light and durable aluminum alloy with a corrosion and scratch-resistant anodized finish. Its hardened and scratch-resistant tempered glass emitter window has an anti-reflection coating to maximize light transmission. The housing is impact resistant to 5' and O-ring sealed for an IPX8 rating, making it submersible to 6.6'. It runs on two readily-available disposable or rechargeable AA batteries. - Performance
