Product description Nitecore's versatile and compact MH27 Rechargeable Multi-Spectrum LED Flashlight is as powerful as larger search lights yet fits comfortably in your hand. This illuminator uses a white Cree XP-L HI V3 primary LED to produce four outputs from an energy-saving 1 lumen minimum output, to a darkness-piercing 1000-lumen turbo. In addition to the white emitter, there is an array of secondary-colored LEDs - blue, red, and green - set around the main reflector that provide colored light to perform tasks without interfering with night-adjusted vision. Adding to the MH27's versatility are three strobe modes and three colored flashing modes that can be used for everything from directing traffic to sending a distress signal. The light is designed with tactical professionals in mind. It has a two-stage pushbutton tailcap switch with momentary and constant-on modes. This switch has last-mode-memory for the primary outputs and strobe mode so you can set the output ahead of time and go right to that intensity or mode immediately. For special situations, users have instant access to both the red LED light and 1000-lumen Turbo output for checking IDs and lighting large areas or to search. An included tactical ring can be installed on the handle to help facilitate various pistol/light grip techniques. Complementing the multiple light outputs is a housing that is built to withstand years of use. Its aluminum alloy body has a scratch and corrosion-resistant Type III hard anodized finish, with a scratch-resistant tempered reflector window that has an anti-reflection coating to maximize light transmission. The light is impact-resistant and IPX8-rated, making it fully submersible to a depth of over 6.5 feet. Heat diffusing fins built into the head provide passive overheat protection, while heat-management circuitry automatically monitors and adjusts the output and performance to prevent damage to the light. - Performance
