Product description Living up to the standards set by the larger lights in this series, Nitecore's TM03 Tiny Monster LED Flashlight outputs a darkness-destroying 2800 lumens running on a rechargeable IMR 18650 battery that was purpose-built to handle this light's specific power requirements. The four output intensities and disorientating strobe mode are driven by the Cree XHP70 LED and focused by a micro-textured deep reflector that produces a smooth beam without holes and hotspots that is optimized for a far throw. This combination of power and beam shape make this an ideal light for tactical professionals, military personnel, and first responders who need a lot of light in a tiny package that won't weigh them down.A unique dual push button tailcap switching system provides access to the three lower outputs plus instant access to the turbo or disorientating strobe mode. Depending on preference or situation, the instant-access feature can be programmed for either the turbo or strobe. Complementing the performance features of the light are construction details that make this a light that can handle daily duty use. Its body is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy with a scratch and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized finish. Active and passive overheat protection dissipate heat and monitors internal temperature to prevent damage due to excessive heat. O-rings seal the light from water, allowing it to be submerged depths of up to 6.6 feet without damage.Nitecore recommends only using the battery that comes with the light, with spares and replacements available separately. Using standard 18650 batteries will affect the performance of both the light and battery. - Performance
