Product description Nitecore's appropriately named TM06S LED Flashlight "Tiny Monster" has been updated with CREE XM-L2 U3 LEDs that are more powerful and energy efficient than their predecessors to boost the max output and provide longer runtimes. The switching system has also been updated by eliminating the awkward tailcap switch in favor of an intuitive single two-stage push button on the body that controls all outputs and specialty strobe modes. The light has five beam intensities from a task-orientated 3-lumen minimum to a darkness-piercing 4000-lumen Turbo mode. The Monster also has three selectable strobe modes—location beacon, disorientating tactical strobe, SOS distress signal—to use if emergencies happen on the job or in the woods. With last output memory and instant access to the minimum and turbo outputs, the Tiny Monster is ideally suited as an everyday carry light for professionals, first responders, search and rescue personnel, or outdoor enthusiasts.Designed to withstand the rigors of daily use, the housing is made of a light and durable aluminum alloy with a corrosion- and scratch-resistant anodized finish. A scalloped stainless steel bezel ring not only protects the head and window from damage, but it can be used as a glass-break tool. The housing is impact resistant to 5' and O-ring sealed for an IPX8 rating, making it submersible to 6.6 feet for up to 30 minutes. Active monitoring circuitry and passive heat-dissipating fins on the head provide protection to limit the possibility of damage to the light due to excessive heat. The Tiny Monster has an integrated battery-status indicator and runs on four user-supplied 18650 Li-ion rechargeable batteries. - Performance
