Product description For a flashlight under 6" long, the Nitecore TM28 Tiny Monster Rechargeable boasts an impressive list of capabilities, including a 6000-lumen maximum output, a minimum setting that will run for more than 40 days, and an OLED text display of the torch's vital signs. Its head has four white Cree XHP35 HI LED emitters that shine at five output levels, plus location beacon, SOS, and disorientating strobe. The low output is ideal for reading or rummaging in a pack, while the turbo mode is designed for search and rescue efforts that require the brightest possible illumination. You'll know the status of your TM28 without having to decipher a code of blinking LEDs because the text display shows brightness level, battery level and voltage, remaining runtime, charging status, and operating temperature. A single, intelligent two-stage push button switch controls all the output and mode functions in an easy-to-use interface. The aluminum alloy housing has a hard-anodized black finish to resist corrosion and scratches. The emitter lens has anti-reflective coatings on both sides and is tempered to be resistant to breaking and scratching. This durable light is impact-resistant to 5' and submersible to 6.6'. To help prevent over-heating, hardened heat-dissipating fins are machined into the head. Protection circuitry also prevents heat damage by monitoring the temperature and will automatically step-down the output or shut off the light if it gets too hot. There's a lockout function to prevent the light from being turned on accidentally while in transport or storage, and the four 18650 batteries recharge on-board, using intelligent circuitry that knows just how much juice they need. - Light Performance
