Product description Norman provides the photographer with a useful core lighting setup with the D24R Pack, 4- IL2500 Head/Reflector Kit The kit contains one D24R 2,400Ws power pack with built-in PocketWizard receiver, four IL2500 flash heads and four 5DL Type 2 reflectors. Power Pack The D24R Pack incorporates four outlets with digital displays and individual on/off switching for fine-tuning each channel asymmetrically. Alternatively, light intensity can be distributed symmetrically by combining heads to form 2 channels. Both scenarios offer 2-channel power level adjustment over a 5-stop range in 1/10 stop increments. The D24R has 2 sync outlets for hardwire metering or triggering but the pack also boasts an onboard PocketWizard receiver for remote wireless triggering by a camera using an optional compatible transmitter or transceiver. Other features include a slow charge option for locations with sub-par wiring and optional software that allows complete function control from a PC. Flash Head The fan-cooled, compact and efficient IL2500 Flash Head features a maximum output of 2,500Ws with a thermostatic cutoff in case of a fan failure. It features full vertical tilt capability, a snap-in, arc-resistant connector, 20' removable cable, high-impact 400° rated housing and improved 250W modeling light accuracy. Its long-life UV-coated quartz flashtube is user-replaceable. The head is compatible with all Norman Series 900 power supplies such as the P12/12, P24/24, P40/40, P800D, P2000D. A 130-degree reflector is included with each head.
