Product description

• 400W/s Power Pack This is a Novatron V400D 400 watt/second Power Pack. The Heart of the Novatron system is the power supply. It's function is to take AC line power, rectify to DC, and store it in a bank of capacitors. This stored energy can be discharged quickly and intensely through up to four flash heads. Novatron produces power supplies in five power ratings: 240, 400, 600, 1000, and 1500 w/s. The smaller power supplies have fewer capacitors and thus are lighter in weight and lower in cost than the more powerful models.

• 2140C 3-Way Lamphead The Novatron 2140C flash head contains the controls to operate at full power, or to ratio the power and modeling light down one or two f/stops. This flash head cannot be used in the stopping mode by itself. There must be another flashhead operating at full power or damage will occur. This will void the warranty. It comes With a 1000 w/s flash tube (color corrected to 5500° K), 100W tungsten modeling lamp, 25' cord and a mounting bracket for a 3/8" stand and to attach an umbrella. This is a flash head only. A power supply for this flash head is required.

  • This lamp head features an integrated tilt mechanism for continuous tilting for stand or suspension mounting.
  Removeable Reflector

  • Easily replaceable, 100W, 120V, standard Edison Base Bulbs are ideally found at , or any houseware store in an emergency.

• 2110C One Stop Reducing Lamphead The Novatron 2110C contains the controls to operate at full power, or to ratio the power and modeling light down one stop (-1) or turn the head off completely. This lamp head cannot be used in the stopping mode by itself. There must be another flashhead operating at full power or damage will occur. The 2110C features a 1000 w/s UV coated flash tube (color corrected to 5500K), 100W tungsten modeling lamp, 25' cord and a mounting bracket for a 3/8" stand. A power supply for this flash head is required.

• 2100C Standard Flash Head The Novatron 2100C is the most cost effective flash head in their line of quality studio strobes. It comes equipped with a non-replaceable UV coated 1000 w/s flash tube, a 100 watt tungsten modeling lamp, 15' power cord, and a mounting bracket with knobs for securing the bracket to a light stand and attaching an umbrella. Also, the 2100C features a highly effective built in reflector, which eliminates the need to fumble around with accessory reflectors. A power supply for this flash head is required.
