Product description The FLEX8 8-Port PoE+ Unmanaged Switch from NVT is a versatile, high-powered enterprise-class solution, delivering fast Ethernet and PoE+ over multi-pair UTP up to 2000' (with an optional adapter). It features eight downlink ports that support up to 50W of power per port and two 1Gb uplink ports for daisy-chain deployments. The FLEX8 is designed to make migration to IP quick and easy by leveraging 1-, 2-, or 4-pair UTP cabling infrastructure. It also auto detects data rate for maximum bandwidth and transmission distance, and is equipped with a mode toggle, which can be positioned to force 10 Mb/s when necessary to establish a link. - Operates in standard mode for 328' reach and long-reach PoE mode (with optional adapter) for 2000' extended reach
