Product description The Component and VGA to HDMI Pro Mini Converter from Ocean Matrix is an analog to digital converter with scaling that features two inputs: a component/composite video input for sources such as DVD players and game consoles, and a VGA computer input. On the component side, it will accept NTSC and PAL as well as HD video up to 1080p resolution at 50 or 60 Hz. And through VGA it will accept a range of VESA computer resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. The HDMI output in turn supports either 720p or 1080p displays and can sync to 50 or 60 Hz. This converter allows you to continue to use legacy analog video devices with modern digital displays, and may be employed in a range of applications from home theater setups to A/V installations. - Color Eye scaling chipset up-scales computer VGA or component video (YPbPr) with stereo audio to HDMI
