Product description A Guide to Birding with Spotting Scopes Read More Olivon's 50mm Universal Smartphone Digiscoping Adapter Ring is required to successfully mount your mobile device onto any other optics for capturing photos and video through its eyepiece. Ideal for telescopes, spotting scopes, binoculars, riflescopes, monoculars, or microscopes, this ring will fit over eyecups with a maximum diameter of 50mm and comes with three rubber inserts—1mm, 2mm, and 3mm thick—that can be fitted into the inside of the ring to reduce the diameter for a more secure custom fit. The ring is held onto the eyepiece with three thumbscrews that are also used to precisely center it. This is the 50mm ring only; the smartphone adapter is required for proper use.
