Product description Designed specifically to accompany the OM-D E-M5 Mark II, this replacement FL-LM3 Flash from Olympus provides a compact, on-camera lighting option for the Micro Four Thirds camera. It is compatible with Olympus' TTL system for automatic exposure control and it has a guide number of 30' at ISO 100 as well as coverage for a 12mm lens, equivalent to 24mm in 35mm format. The unit can also tilt upward 90° and rotate left and right 180° for bounce capabilities and it has a dust and splashproof construction to match the camera body. Wireless control over other flash units is possible through the controls in the camera's menu. Additionally, it runs on camera power meaning it does not require its own batteries and it is compatible with slow, 1st, and 2nd curtain sync modes. Now as soon as the flash is powered on there is a blinking orange lightning bolt in the top right corner of the LCD and the flash not only doesnt fire, but it prevents the camera from taking a picture.
