Product description The black melamine MixStation Avid 24 by Omnirax is a unique, ergonomic, and highly intuitive multi-level workstation designed for the Avid 24 mixer and associated peripherals. Designed for mixing workstations capable of housing lots of rack gear, the MixStation features two rack cabinets, topped by desk-spaces, flanking a central desk for the mixing console. A recessed center section houses the Avid 24 mixer at comfortable mixing height, and offers ample legroom. A padded wrist rest runs the length of the front edge to match the mixer console. Cabinets have ten rack spaces below, with a work surface in front of five sloping spaces at console height. There are six additional vertical spaces topped by a solid monitor shelf. Cabinets are open in the rear. There are three rack rails behind the left-hand desktop, behind the right-hand desktop two, eight additional racks behind those two, twelve in the left-hand side cabinet front, nine in the right-hand side cabinet front, and nine each in the cabinet rears, for a total of 52 rack spaces. - Recessed center section houses the Avid 24's mixer at comfortable mixing height, offering ample legroom
- Padded wrist rest along front edge to match the Avid 24
- Clear sight-lines to the meter bridge
- Shelf above meter-bridge for video monitors: 36.4" of usable width
- 5 sloping spaces behind each desk surface match the angle of the Avid 24's slope; ideal for patch bays or outboard effects
- 6 vertical spaces above for ADAT's, DA88's, or any other modules
- 10 vertical spaces below each desk surface for additional gear
- Tops of rack bays provide a platform for near-field monitors
- The entire workstation is on casters for mobility and easy cabling
