Product description The GS8100 Hang-It ProGrip Guitar Stand from On-Stage is a pro-quality guitar stand ideal for home, stage, or studio. The adjustable height provides support for most electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. It features the patent-pending ProGrip system, locking your guitar in place with its padded gates. The gates automatically close when the guitar rests on the upper yoke and release when removed. It features steel tubing with oversized walls for enhanced strength and durability, along with a heavy-duty tripod base. The tripod base includes TGR (Toughened Glass-Reinforced) nylon leg housing and protective foam padding which supports your instrument and prevents it from getting scratched or scuffed. The velveteen rubber feet and neck offer additional protection and provide stability and security. The portable folding design easily collapses making transport and storage simple. - Patent-pending ProGrip system locks your guitar in place with its padded gates
