Product description The Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKII from OneControl is a mono, programmable, five-loop signal switcher capable of multiple input-to-output configurations. It is designed to provide guitarists, bassists, and keyboardists an easy way to switch between up to five different effects, amps, or instruments. It features separate buffered and non-buffered inputs, plus 15 customizable presets.When the Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKII is bypassed, the input signal is routed to the output jack. Upon activating a loop, the pedal will route the input to the corresponding send jack, and the corresponding return signal to the output jack. This allows simple switching between the dry input and any of the five effects loops.Several alternate configurations are possible. Bass and keyboard players may use the Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKII to route signal from one of six instruments into a pedalboard. Guitarists and studio engineers will appreciate the pedal's ability to switch between multiple amplifiers. The 1/4" tuner output, with a dedicated tuner/mute switch, allows convenient tuning without having to reconfigure pedal connections.Loops 1-4 are series loops, while Loop 5 is a separate loop. This allows Loop 5 to be used for amplifier channel switching or a fifth loop. Different combinations of loops can be saved as presets, then recalled later for easy access. Store and load up to 15 presets, which are arranged in three banks.The Chamaeleo Tail Loop MKII’s passive design requires no power source to switch loops. A 9 VDC power supply (available separately) is required for use of the programming functions and LED indicators. If a 9 VDC power supply is used, the pedal's six 9 VDC outputs are available for powering other pedals. -
