Product description The Lingonberry OverDrive from OneControl is a BJF Series overdrive pedal designed to offer overdrive sounds similar to the OneControl Strawberry Red stompbox, but with increased gain and more bite. Intended for guitarists playing blues and rock, the Lingonberry OverDrive‘s tone will also be welcome in funk and country genres.The specialty of the Lingonberry is strong overdrive with tight low end, well-suited for power chords and clear leads. Staying consistent with OneControl design principles, the controls are straightforward. The Drive pot sets the amount of gain and distortion. Due to the pedal’s responsiveness, a static drive position can yield crisp clean tones or thick distortion, depending on the guitar’s volume setting. Use the Treble knob as a tone control to adjust the brightness of the distortion. Low frequencies are adjusted with the Low trim control. Output level can be tweaked via the Vol knob.Like all BJF Series pedals, the Lingonberry OverDrive features an aluminum enclosure and true bypass switching. Power can be supplied from a 9V battery or 9 VDC power supply (both available separately). -
