Product description Primarily intended for electric guitars, the Little Green Emphaser is a stompbox providing a slight gain boost and a subtle lift in the treble range, doing so with only one knob, and thus earning the brand name of One Control. This blend knob dials in its gain and treble boost at a relatively clean signal-to-noise ratio of -80 dB. Therefore, in conjunction with single-coil pickups, the pedal will boost tone over hum, adding girth to your sound without needless electrical noise. Humbucking guitarists will note the clarity this pedal adds to your existing rig.Though it does produce a little distortion, the Little Green Emphaser is not a distortion pedal per se. Rather, it’s designed to be used before your distortion boxes. It’s suggested that you run it first in your pedalboard; in this way, you can add more gain and high-end definition to your solos and lead breaks. You’ll also find that this stompbox adds a certain crispness to electric basses.True Bypass circuitry ensures that in bypass mode, your signal is truly uneffected. This is a mono pedal, with one 1/4” instrument input and one 1/4" instrument output. You can run the Little Green Emphaser off of a 9V battery or any compatible DC power adapter operating between nine and 18V.
