Product description The iSeries Wireless VX-402Ri Short-Range Outdoor Dual PIR Detector from Optex provides the necessary stability and reliability. This 40 x 40' wireless-ready detector comes with an Inovonics EN1941 transmitter and battery (pre-installed) and allows installers to save valuable installation time and labor costs as no trenching, installing conduit, or pulling wire is required. False alarms from animals as well as environmental nuisances are greatly reduced with its design and dual PIR detectors. The dual PIR's create 2 detection areas (upper and lower) that must be simultaneously compromised in order to go into alarm. In addition, the detection length can be limited to avoid unwanted detection. By limiting the detection range, false alarms due to unwanted movement such as cars, people, or animals outside the protected area can be eliminated. - Includes Inovonics EchoStream EN1941 and battery (pre-installed).
