Product description The iVision+ Handheld Unit from Optex is a video and audio monitoring unit that allows you to see who's at the door from the convenience of inside your home or office. It pairs up with the separately sold iVision+ Door Unit, which features a corresponding doorbell, camera, microphone, and speaker, to form a two-way communication system that allows you to not even move from your seat. You can identify your visitor and choose to communicate with them. You can also integrate optional door-release capability to open the door without getting up. Up to four of these handheld units and up to two door units can be incorporated into one system, suitable for both residential and commercial locations. This handheld unit features a 2.4" display screen, microphone, and speaker, in a sleek and compact design. It runs on an included rechargeable battery and comes with a wall-mountable charging cradle where you can neatly keep it at all times. This unit also has built-in memory for saving photos of missed visitors that the door unit captures and transmits when you're not there to answer. A microUSB port is available for transfer these photos to a PC. The handheld unit supports a 330 ft line-of-sight transmission range to the door units. Remote door -release capability can be integrated by installing the optional iVision+ Gateway Unit or Wireless 2000 Unit and wiring your doors. - Key Features

I work for a company that uses the IVision + handheld doorbell. We have 2 devices and 1 is not working. We have replaced the battery and charged it, everything is looks correct according to the Operations check. Can you assist me with finding out what the problem could be?
