Product description Buying Guide to Projectors Read More Project a big-screen image in close quarters with the Optoma GT1080Darbee Full HD DLP Home Theater Projector. Its short 0.49:1 throw ratio will allow it to project up to a 303.2" image from only 11' from the screen or wall. It has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 to display Full HD images, and a 28,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio to enhance the clarity of dark areas of images. The 3000 lumens of brightness will overcome ambient light in many in-home settings. When paired with compatible 3D glasses, this projector also supports many 3D formats from a variety of sources.
The GT1080Darbee has two HDMI inputs, one of which is MHL-compatible for wired mirroring of your compatible smartphone or tablet. Two 10-Watt speakers are built-in for audio playback, as is a 3.5mm audio output to connect it to your external speaker system. The projector includes a backlit IR remote control for added convenience. - Short Throw
- With a short-throw lens, this projector can produce large screen sizes from a short distance, allowing you to get a 100" image with the projector placed just over a yard away from the screen or wall.

- The GT1080Darbee is designed to provide reliable performance suitable for nearly any content and environment. It can reproduce the Rec. 709 color gamut, the international HDTV standard for accurate reproduction of cinematic color as the director intended.
- Enhanced Color Wheel
- The color wheel in the GT1080Darbee, combined with built-in color technology, is fashioned to deliver vivid images with enhanced color accuracy.
- Full 3D
- The GT1080Darbee can display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D Blu-ray players, 3D broadcasting, and compatible game consoles. Support for 144 Hz rapid refresh rate helps provide a smooth, flicker-free image.
- Dynamic Black Technology
- Dynamic Black technology is designed to add more depth to your image by smoothly adjusting the lamp output, based on the brightness information of each frame, to effectively provide a higher contrast ratio. Bright scenes appear crisp and clear, while dark scenes remain detailed with deep blacks and enhanced light and shade detail.

- Enhanced gaming optimizes your projector for response times as low as 16 ms.
- Integrated Speaker

- The lamp in the GT1080Darbee is estimated to last up to 8000 hours in Dynamic Mode; so, if you watch a two-hour movie every day, the lamp should last for almost nine years.
- USB Power
- Use the USB power output to power an HDMI dongle, such as Google Chromecast.
- Quick Resume
- The Quick Resume feature allows the projector to be instantly powered on again if it is accidentally switched off.
- Auto Power Off
- There may be instances when the projector is left running when not in use. To help save energy, the "Auto Power Off" feature automatically turns the projector off after a preset period if not being used.
