Product description Buying Guide to Projectors Read More Enjoy HDR UHD content with the Optoma UHD65 HDR XPR UHD DLP Home Theater Projector. Its 2200 lumens of brightness will overcome ambient light in many installations, while its 1,200,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio will help enhance detail in dark areas of the image. The 3840 x 2160 resolution projected via XPR technology will help ensure that text and images are clear.
The UHD65 has VGA and two HDMI inputs to support a variety of sources. One HDMI input is MHL-compatible for connecting mobile devices, such as your smartphone or tablet, and the projector has a USB power output to help conserve your device's battery life. Its TOSLINK and analog audio outputs will allow you to either use the built-in 4W speakers or output your audio to an external system. The projector is controllable via Ethernet and RS-232, and includes an IR remote control. - XPR Technology Projects UHD Resolution
- XPR technology combines image processing with the ability of the DMD's mirrors to shift at the microsecond level to allow each mirror to project two pixels per frame, creating a UHD 4K image from an otherwise non-UHD chip.
- Rec.709 Compliance
- The UHD65 can reproduce the Rec.709 color gamut to help produce saturated colors, making it well suited for gaming and animated movies.
- PureMotion
- Using frame-interpolation technology, motion control processing helps eliminate motion blurring or image judder, even in high-speed action sequences. It works in both 2D and 3D and is optimized for 1080p/24.
- CMS (Color Management System)
- The CMS is engineered to display accurate, lifelike colors and provide the flexibility to fine-tune the color settings for enhanced precision.
- Dynamic Black Technology
- Dynamic Black technology helps add depth to your image by smoothly adjusting the lamp output to enhance the contrast ratio, helping bright scenes appear crisp and clear while keeping dark scenes detailed with deep blacks and augmented contrast.
- UltraDetail
- UltraDetail is designed to help ensure that the image is accurately reproduced on the screen for a clear, sharp picture. Algorithms detect each frame and enhance the sharpness before the frame is projected.
- 15% Vertical Lens Shift & 1.6x Optical Zoom
- Vertical lens shift helps simplify installations by allowing you to shift the image up and down without distortion. Along with the 1.6x optical zoom, this helps provide a wider range of projector placement possibilities.
- Additional Features
-
- RGBRGB color wheel helps create vivid cinematic colors
- HDR10 compatibility for lifelike color with compatible content
- HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 supports HDR UHD video and gaming devices
