Product description Enjoy bright, detailed images in nearly any environment with the Optoma W416 4500-Lumen WXGA DLP Projector. Its 4500 lumens of brightness will overcome ambient light in most installations, while its 20,000:1 contrast ratio will help enhance detail in dark areas of the image. The native 1280 x 800 resolution will help ensure that text and images are clear. The W416 has VGA, composite video, and two HDMI inputs to support a variety of devices. Its VGA output will let you daisy-chain the image to another projector or display while the analog audio input and output will do the same for your audio. The HDMI inputs are MHL-compatible for connecting mobile devices such as your smartphone or tablet, and the projector has a USB power output to conserve your device's battery life. You can also connect HD devices wirelessly with the optional WHD200 system. The projector is controllable via Ethernet and RS-232 by popular programs, such as AMX. The projector includes a VGA cable and an IR remote control with a built-in laser pointer. - Large 0.8 to 2x Zoom Range
- A large zoom range enables multiple placement possibilities at a variety of distances from the projection screen. An advantage to this is that interchangeable lens projectors can be substituted with a more cost-effective solution while still retaining a diverse choice of positioning options.
- Vertical Lens Shift
- Simplify installation with vertical lens shift, which provides a wider range of projector placement possibilities. This makes it easier to position the projector in your room and enables a wider range of screen size options.
- MHL Connectivity
- Turn your projector into a smart display by connecting your smartphone or tablet with a single cable using MHL, enabling you to view presentations and documents, stream videos, and share photos on the big screen.
- USB Power
- Use the USB to provide power to an HDMI dongle, such as Google Chromecast.
- Integrated Speaker
- The built-in speaker offers audio support, making the projector easy to set up without the need for external speakers.
- Energy Saving
- Using the various lamp modes, you can reduce the power consumption by up to 70%. Each mode also has a positive effect on the lamp life while lowering the total cost of ownership and reducing maintenance.
- Eco+
- Eco+ technology brings together high contrast, improved lamp life, and energy saving features that reduce power consumption.
- Eco AV Mute
- Stay in control of your presentation with Eco AV mute. Direct your audience's attention away from the screen by blanking the image when it's no longer needed. This also reduces the power consumption by up to 70%, further prolonging the life of your lamp.
- Quick Resume
- This feature allows the projector to be instantly powered on again if it is accidentally switched off.
- Auto Power Off
- There may be instances when the projector is left running when not in use. To help save energy if the projector is left running and no source is detected, the Auto Power Off feature automatically turns off the projector after a set period of time.
- Remote Mouse and Laser Pointer
- Keep your audience's attention focused on the right things using the remote with USB mouse control and built-in laser pointer.
- High 20,000:1 Contrast Ratio
- Add more depth to your image with a high contrast ratio. With brighter whites and richer blacks, images and text appear crisp and clear, a key feature for business and education applications.
- Full 3D
- The W416 can display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D Blu-ray players, 3D broadcasting, and compatible gaming consoles. Support for 144 Hz rapid refresh rate provides smooth, flicker-free images.
- Long Lamp Life
- Reduce the number of lamp changes with a lamp life of up to 6500 hours.
- Enhanced Color
- The W416 provides you with color performance suitable for nearly any content and environment.
- Wireless Ready
- Stream Full HD 1080p 3D content to your projector wirelessly. Eliminating the hassle and extra cost of installing long cables, the optional WHD200 allows you to connect a Blu-ray player, set-top box, gaming console, or A/V receiver instantly.
- Remote Networking and Control
- There is a range of options for remotely controlling and monitoring the projector:
- RS-232 – This projector includes a set of RS-232 commands designed to make it easy to manage using virtually any control system.
- AMX Compatibility – Dynamic discovery protocol is incorporated into the projector, allowing for easy installation with AMX control systems.
- LAN Control – Using the compatible RoomView software, you can power on/off, monitor, manage, and control up to 250 projectors at the same time from virtually any computer. You can also schedule the projectors to power on/off, control and alter the projector settings using the web browser, send emergency texts for urgent or important announcements, and automatically receive email updates for lamp maintenance.
