Product description The 820e Dual-Input Video Capture Card from Osprey accepts video from HDMI, DVI, and analog/digital VGA sources. The 820e Capture Card's SimulStream feature enables each input to produce multiple, parallel outputs. This video card is designed for lecture capture and other setups that may have mixed video sources. Each output can have individual settings for optimal delivery to different applications. This dual-input video capture card can ingest HMDI, DVI, VGA, composite, component, and S-Video signals. Audio options provided consist of four stereo pairs of HDMI audio input, and one unbalanced audio input. The 820e card is compatible with Microsoft DirectShow API and Linux drivers, and an Osprey SDK (software development kit) is available separately. Video pre-processing features include VBI/VANC closed-caption extraction/on-screen rendering, logo/bitmap overlay, scaling, cropping, de-interlacing, inverse telecine, ProcAmp control, and Vector and Lumi–scope functions, color-space conversion and closed-caption extraction and rendering. In case of a lost signal, the 820e Video Capture Card replaces lost video with color bars, preventing unintended interruptions of downstream applications. This video card is compatible with the Osprey 800a audio input expansion card (available separately) featuring two pairs of XLR inputs and two configurable inputs.
