Product description Styled in a sleek natural finish, Ovation's Celebrity Elite Plus Series CE44P is an acoustic/electric guitar featuring a single-cutaway, mid-depth Lyrachord body with a figured koa top and quarter-sawn scalloped "X" bracing. If projection on a stage is your primary goal, then this acoustic/electric guitar is more than up for the job: the mid-depth bowl, resonant figured koa top, and unconventional soundholes facilitate clarity in the high range and an even focus in lower registers. Aiding in the aesthetics are multi-wood epaulets around the soundholes, as well as black binding and abalone purfling around the body. A rosewood string-thru bridge rounds out the body. Its neck boasts a 10" radius, 20 fully accessible frets—24 for the high E string—and a rosewood fingerboard demarcated by abalone position inlays. Furthermore, a set of gold die-cast tuners secure the strings at the headstock.
