Product description Styled in a sleek black finish, Ovation's Celebrity Standard Series CS24-5 is an acoustic/electric guitar featuring a single-cutaway, mid-depth Lyrachord body with a solid spruce top, quarter-sawn scalloped "X" bracing, and a rosewood bridge. If projection on a stage is your primary goal, then this acoustic electric guitar is more than up for the job: the body and resonant spruce top allow for clear articulation, tonal balance, and complex timbres. The nato mahogany neck has a 25.25" scale with a rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, and pearloid inlays. A set of chrome die-cast tuners secure the strings at the headstock.

The CS24-5 is equipped with an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4BT preamp system, which sports a three-band EQ, a volume control, a low battery indicator, and an onboard tuner to boot.
