Product description The yellow, 17-liter Classic Waterproof Bike Pannier from OverBoard has a universal bike attachment, and a 1,037.4-cubic-inch capacity that is able to float and keep its contents dry even when briefly submersed to three feet. Utilizing a fold-seal closure that is secured with a snap-buckle, this pannier features an IP66 rating. Aside from providing protection from accidental immersion and the ability for later retrieval, the Classic Waterproof Bike Pannier may also be used for instances where some exposure to water is anticipated, such as biking in a downpour.
For added safety there are reflective external patches on the side and front surfaces. Users will appreciate the external D-rings, front waterproof pockets, and elastic side loops for hanging lights. The pannier has a hard-base plate and is constructed from durable 600D PVC tarpaulin. - Waterproof and submersible to three feet
