Inside its enclosure is a 3.5" SATA hard drive with a rotational speed of 7200 rpm and a capacity of 10TB, so you'll have plenty of space to save your favorite music, photos and movies. The Mercury Elite Pro contains a USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 port (which is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1), an eSATA port, and two 9-pin FireWire 800 ports (backwards compatible with FireWire 400 using an optional adapter). - High Performance
- The Mercury Elite Pro houses the Oxford 944 and Oxford 3100 USB/FireWire/eSATA chipset, which works in conjunction with the 7200rpm drive rotational speed of the installed hard drive to deliver a fast data transfer rate. The Mercury Elite Pro boasts a maximum read speed of 212 MB/s.
