Product description RAID Arrays for Photography and Pro Video Read More The Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini 2-Bay USB 3.1 RAID Array from OWC / Other World Computing comes with two 240GB SSDs to provide a total capacity of 480GB for Windows and Mac systems. The SSDs are preconfigured in a hardware RAID 0 array that delivers increased performance. You also can reconfigure the drives in a RAID 1, SPAN, or independent mode. To keep up with the fast performance of the SSDs, the Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini comes equipped with USB 3.1 technology, which transmits data to a system at speeds of up to 10 Gb/s. This technology has been outfitted a USB Type-C connector design so you can connect the Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini to a USB Type-C computer on the first try with the included USB-C cable. Furthermore, you can use an optional USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable to connect the Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini to a typical USB-enabled system. - RAID
- The Mercury Elite Pro Dual mini sports a switch that lets you select from different RAID modes, letting you quickly choose the configuration that suits your needs. In RAID 0, experience fast data transfer speeds of up to 738 MB/s. Or select RAID 1 for data redundancy with mirrored disks.
