The drive is compatible with all eSATA, USB 3.1, and USB 3.0/2.0 ports, and is powered by the computer's USB port. A power adapter is also included for those who prefer to power from an AC adapter. This model is also capable of powering from an eSATAp port using a single cable connection (requires eSATA + DC power cable). -
