Product description - CUBE - Portable Color Digitizer
Capture colors on the go with the arctic white Palette Cube. This portable device allows you to record ambient light, temperature, and color data for any physical object. Simply place your Cube on the color you'd like to record and press the button, and the Cube stores all the data needed to reproduce that exact color. It can store up to 20 colors internally, as well as connecting to the Cube smartphone app via Bluetooth 4.0. The Cube also syncs in real time with Adobe Creative Cloud for use with Illustrator and Photoshop, including built-in libraries like Pantone.
The Cube Link App stores your Cube's colors and data, providing you with detailed L*a*b*/RGB/CMYK/HEX/LRV color information about each capture. It matches colors to paint and color databases and allows you to star and tag your colors so you can easily sort by project, color family, and more. It also reveals ambient temperature, provides light intensity readings, shows battery level, and prompts you when your Cube requires calibration.
The Cube's internal battery is capable of up to 7,000 captures on a single charge, and can remain on standby for up to three months. Its "always-on" design allows for quick wake-up and capture. It comes with a USB sync and charging cable as well as a cap that doubles as a recalibration surface. - Paint Matching
