Product description AG-SVCPRE2Y Preferred Service & Support from Panasonic provides three years of standard service for select Panasonic Professional Video products. In addition to standard service, it adds one-way expedited/next-day shipping and one preventive maintenance session in year two of the service. CCD/MOS imagers and production monitor LCD panels have three years of parts and labor coverage. Proof of Purchase for your item is not required at time of service.
