Product description Enjoy bright, high-resolution images with the white Panasonic PT-DX100ULW 10,000-Lumen XGA DLP Projector. It features up to 10,000 lumens of brightness and a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, which will work together to overcome light in bright rooms and provide detail in dark areas of the image. Additionally, this projector sports an XGA 1024 x 768 native resolution for viewing detailed pictures or data. It is powered by a DLP chip system with a dual-lamp design. No lens is included with the PT-DX100ULW, and one must be purchased separately.
With VGA, HDMI, DVI-D, 5-BNC, and BNC composite video inputs, this projector supports a number of different types of external video sources. It is controllable via Ethernet, RS-232, M3, or the included IR/wired remote control. - 10,000 Lumens of Brightness
- A dual-lamp drive system provides brightness levels up to 10,000 lumens for clear images even in bright rooms.
- Dynamic Iris for a High 10,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio
- The Dynamic Iris uses a scene-linking aperture mechanism to achieve a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio without lowering its brightness, helping to produce deep, rich blacks and detailed images.
- Dynamic RGB Booster Enhances Brightness and Color Reproduction
- Panasonic's RGB Booster helps enhance image quality by combining Panasonic's Vivid Color Control technology with a lamp modulation drive system. Images are analyzed frame-by-frame, and scene-linking and real-time modulation are used to achieve high brightness and vivid color reproduction.
- Vivid Color Control is designed to optimize the use of the color segment areas of the color wheel. It increases the brightness of each RGB color by minimizing the unallocated portions between the colors to create more vivid colors.
- With lamp modulation technology, the projector can control the lamp intensity for each segment of the color wheel separately, optimizing light usage and obtaining balanced color without lowering the brightness, for augmented color fidelity.
- Detail Clarity Processor 3 Helps Produce Natural Details
- This circuit is engineered to optimize the sharpness of each image based on the frequency levels of the extracted image information for natural, lifelike images.
- System Daylight View 2 Enhances Color Perception
- This technology is designed to optimize image quality to enhance the color perception of the projected image in bright rooms. With a brightness of up to 10,000 lumens, it can provide comfortable viewing even in bright lighting, and allows viewers to concentrate on the images.
- DICOM Simulation Mode
- The PT-DX100ULW offers a DICOM Simulation Mode that allows the projector to simulate the results of devices compliant with the Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) Part 14 standardized display function, for display of grayscale images. The DICOM Simulation Mode, which supports both Blue and Clear Base, adjusts the gradation between the minimum and the maximum luminance, so gradation is distributed optimally. This feature is optimized for displaying medical images such as X-rays, CAT scans, and MRIs, which makes the PT-DX100ULW useful for non-diagnostic purposes such as lectures, academic meetings, and hospital conferences. This feature is recommended for use in medical schools for training and educational use only.
- Rec. 709 Mode for HDTV Projection
- Rec. 709 Mode is designed to achieve optimal color reproduction when images from an HDTV source are projected.
- Waveform Monitoring
- When the output level of the source device fluctuates due to the performance of the device or its cable connections, the original black and white levels of the image content cannot be reproduced correctly. With the PT-DX100ULW, you can view the waveforms on the screen and adjust the settings either automatically or manually, as you prefer.
