Product description The PT-EX800ZU XGA LCD Projector from Panasonic features XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. It produces a brightness up to 7500 lumens and the iris automatically adjusts to match the situation, which results in a 5000:1 contrast ratio. The projector features three transparent LCD panels (R/G/B) and a widescreen 4:3 aspect ratio. It's designed to afford multiple uses and solutions for the classroom and the boardroom.The PT-EX800ZU features a low-maintenance, dust-resistant cabinet design and a washable Eco Filter that requires replacement after about 15,000 hours. The projector's lamp life cycle can last up to 4500 hours in Eco Mode, and with the lamp set to Auto; the lamp control system automatically adjusts light according to brightness of the projected image.Other features include a 10W integrated speakers, a 29 dB noise level in Eco Mode, Side-by-Side projection and Picture-in-Picture projection. All of the various low-maintenance features result in a low total cost of ownership. The filter is easily replaced from the side and the lamp from the top. - High Brightness and Contrast
- The projector delivers brightness of up to 7500 lumens with a contrast ratio of 5000:1. The iris automatically adjusts to suit ambient lighting conditions
- XGA Resolution for HD Images
- With native XGA 1024 x 768-pixel widescreen resolution, the projector is capable of displaying video in detail
- DICOM-Compatible for Medical Presentations and Training
- The projector is compatible with DICOM standards for presentations relating to medicine. DICOM Simulation Mode reproduces X-rays, with high levels of detail and contrast
- Daylight View Basic Technology
- Panasonic's Daylight View Basic technology resolves hidden details in dark images that are normally difficult to see in bright conditions. Using an ambient light sensor, Daylight View Basic adjusts halftone color and brightness to suit the room. Resulting images are clear, bright, and easy to see
- Color Adjustment Function
- A color adjustment function allows you to easily correct for slight variations in the color reproduction range of individual units set up for multiple projection, particularly in side-by-side configuration. Correction is performed on three or seven colors
- Powered Lens Shift, Zoom, and Focus
- The projector has powered vertical and horizontal lens shift, zoom, and focus capabilities, allowing you full control of picture adjustment via remote control
- Crestron Connected and PJLink Integration
- The projector integrates into an existing projection system controlled by Crestron Connected software. The PJLink Class 1 and AMX system control standards are also supported
- Dust-Resistant Cabinet and Long-Life Eco Filter
- The projector offers resistance to the effects of dust, extending maintenance to 15,000 hours for the Eco Filter (which may be washed and reused). The cabinet incorporates a straight airflow path, extensive optical shielding, and improved sealing for the Eco Filter and electrostatic Micro Cut Filter to keep the projector running clean and bright
- Intelligent Lamp Control Reduces Power Consumption
- When in Auto Mode, the Intelligent Lamp Control manages lamp output levels in real time, reducing power by up to 58% when maximum output is not needed (in darker scenes, for example). Shift correction technology preserves the optimal color balance as lamp output fluctuates
- Lamp Replacement Cycle of up to 4500 Hours
- Users need not pay for higher brightness and imaging quality with increased running costs. The projector has a recommended lamp replacement cycle of up to 4500 hours, delivering considerable savings over the life of the product
- Integrated Digital Link and DisplayPort Connections
- Digital Link bundles uncompressed HD video, analog A/V, and Ethernet/RS-232C control commands through a single cable for distances of up to 328'. DisplayPort, meanwhile, enables a single high-bandwidth connection to the latest PCs while optional Digital Interface Box connects multiple source devices to the projector, routing signals via a single CAT5e cable for fast input switching via remote control
