Product description The PT-RZ475 3000 Lumen Solid Shine Full HD 1-Chip DLP Projector from Panasonic is a solid-state projector requiring virtually no bulb replacement or filter cleaning. These features, alongside a simple and effective heat dissipation system, permit long-lasting, maintenance-free usage. Capable of running 24/7 continuously for a full ten years while maintaining the original brightness and picture quality, it is optimal for heavy-duty use. With no warm-up or cool-down periods, the RZ475 is ideal in educational institutions and training facilities requiring extensive uptime. Rear projection capability and the high-precision short-throw lens make it suitable for use in close quarters or smaller venues. The lack of an incandescent lamp precludes fading and yellowing, and the LEDs produce clear, beautiful pictures. Multiple-screen function, connectivity with other projectors, seamless image merging and portrait mode capability add further versatility to the projector. - LED & Laser-Diode Combined Technology Provides Continuous, Long-Lasting Operation
- The sealed optical block means a filter is not necessary. Running cost is lowered due to savings on lamps, maintenance, and labor.
- High Quality Picture Even with Continuous Operation for Long Periods
- Brightness deterioration rate in the LED/Laser-Diode combined light source is slow compared to lamp-based projectors. The Solid Shine drive uses a built-in sensor to constantly monitor the intensity of the light source and correct corresponding changes in white balance. This helps maintain excellent picture quality for long periods. 20,000:1 high contrast ratio remains constant even after prolonged operation, and images are reproduced with a wide dynamic range.
- Multi-Screen Support System
- Multiple projector linking enables larger screens for large venues or special applications. The digital processor control optimally adjusts multiple aspects of multi-screen projection, such as edge blending and color matching.
- Color Reproduction Without Color Breaking
- LED & LD (laser diode)-based light source produces higher level color purity than ordinary lamps, resulting in high-fidelity, vibrant color reproduction.
- Multi-Unit Brightness Control
- Automatically corrects brightness fluctuations between individual projectors when used as a multi-screen system. Up to eight connected projectors can be controlled via a hub, and can be increased to a maximum of 2,048 projectors using the Multi Projector Monitoring & Control software.
- Instant On, Off and Restart
- No-lamp technology means there is no downtime. The projector is always ready for immediate performance; no need for warm-up, cool-down and no waiting periods before restarting.
- Dust-Resistant Optical Block Housing
- The optical block, the heart of the projector, is hermetically sealed to resist the effects of dust and other particles in the air. There is no filter to replace and worry about.
- Remote Controlled Lens for Enhanced Installation
- Optimized for rear-projection, the focus and lens axis angle are controllable via remote, for easy adjustments without having to get behind the screen.
- Environmentally Friendly
- RoHS compliant
Stand-by power consumption of only 0.3 W Lead-free solder used to mount components on the printed circuit boards Auto Power Save activates standby mode when no signal is input No halogenated flame retardants used in the cabinet - Additional Features
