Product description The Paramount 200B adapter shoe adds a shoe mounting solution to the Lumedyne and Norman battery operated flash heads. The base of the adapter features a male shoe fitting, and a 1/4"-20 screw on the top, to connect to the head. For the Norman head, a base plate shaped to the barrel of the head is also included.
