Product description The Windows-only PCDJ Karaoki is show-hoster karaoke software offering intuitive and feature-rich operation for KJs (karaoke DJs), venue owners, and DJs. It supports MP3+G, WAV+G, most zipped MP3+G / WAV+G formats, and various video files. Features such as an on-deck singer list with singer history, automatic rotation, key control, news ticker, a library printer, and a jukebox background music player allow plenty of flexibility without any bulky gear. Karaoki's two built-in song stores let KJs browse and purchase requested titles instantly. KJs will also appreciate the Drunk-Lock feature, which keeps overzealous participants locked out of the software's controls. Karaoki is compatible with Windows XP and later. - Supports MP3+G, zipped MP3+G (zip 2.0), WAV+G (not zipped), and most video file formats (with installation of proper codecs)

- Accept remote song requests with SongbookDB (Android/iOS/web) or KaraoQuest (free for iOS)

- New Show option on rotation menu clears the rotation, history, and singer lists but not the singer database

I can get through the process until I type the name of the song in the search area. Then I can't add the song to my list. Everything was working fine then this issue occurred. I've tried calling you and also chatting. I've received no response from you.
