Product description The Pearstone SSA-III Universal Shoe Adapter for Sony Camcorders with Active Interface Shoe is designed for Sony Camcorders which feature the Active Accessory Shoe (not compatible with the Sony Multi-Interface Shoe). It allows you to mount external lights and microphones that feature a universal (AIS) cold shoe. Plus it features a locking wheel that's not only easier to lock, but holds better to the camera than previous models. It also has a front stop on the top shoe for more secure mounting. - Compatible with all Sony Camcorders that feature an Active Accessory Shoe
