• Pelican 1600 Case with Foam Set (Black) The Pelican 1600 Case with Foam Set (Black) is an unbreakable, watertight, airtight, dustproof, chemical resistant and corrosion proof hard case used to carry any kind of equipment that needs protection. It is made of Ultra-high Impact structural copolymer that makes it extremely strong and durable. It has a 0.25" (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring, 4 easy-open double throw latches that seal perfectly. It has a built-in automatic pressure equalization valve for changes in altitude or temperature. The case uses stainless steel hardware and has padlock protectors to provide added strength and extra security against cutting and theft. It is carried by a comfortable rubber over-molded handle.
  
  Includes a four piece foam set that consists of 1 "egg crate" foam upper section, 2 Pick 'N Pluck foam sections and one 1.0" blank bottom foam section.

The kit is made up of 1" thick padded walls that cushion your gear against bumps. Included with this kit are one 5.0 x 9.0" padded divider, one 5.0 x 42" padded divider "Snake" for wrapping around equipment, four 5.0 x 2.75" padded dividers, four padded accessory pouches, and a protective pillow for extra protection against the inevitable bumps and abrasions that cases are subjected to. The lid has a pocket that will accommodate a 15" laptop.The dividers attach to the walls of your optional Pelican case via convenient touch fasteners that can be repositioned at will to accommodate whatever configuration of gear you need on a given day. The advantage of this kit is that it saves you the expense of having to buy individual foam interiors to accommodate your various gear set ups.
