Product description A wide area light for nearby viewing or a focused beam with a longer throw—the Pelican 5050R Rechargeable Flashlight gives you both, without the hassle of disposable batteries. Simply plug into the micro-USB port to recharge; the light's 18650 lithium-ion battery can also be used as a power pack to charge or run other devices, via the standard USB port. Both ports are protected by a sliding shroud at the tail end of the light. Changing the LED's beam from flood to spot is as easy as sliding the light head forward. Offering a peak output of 883 lumens, this rugged light features an IPX8-rated, submersible aluminum housing with a Type II anodized finish. Boost, high, low, and flashing modes are selected with the tailcap push-button switch. A power indicator light on the switch keeps you apprised of the battery's status. - Light Performance
