Product description Designed for hands-free use by firefighters, the Big Ed 3700PL Photoluminescent Light is a right-angle flashlight built to withstand challenging environments. It features a stainless steel clip so you can hang it on clothing or shoulder straps, and a photoluminescent lens ring so you can find it in the dark. The Big Ed's housing is sturdy, chemical and water-resistant ABS plastic housing and its lens is polycarbonate. It runs on four user-supplied C batteries that fit in a slide-out clip for quick changing. Rubber side grips prevent slipping and the large on/off switch is easy to operate even while wearing gloves. The main lamp is a 39-lumen incandescent bulb, with a 25-lumen backup bulb at the ready behind the reflector. The glow-in-the-dark lens ring absorbs the energy from any light source – fluorescent lights, the sun, or even the flashlight's own beam. - Construction
